Yes, frames are not blacklisted and is apparently a bug. Try placing one that you currently have in your inventory, if it works, you’re good.

Actually Item frames are banned… Because when i placed them, it says that its banned and cant be placed/used

@own7ge item frames are banned now also In the plot world
@melee49 they were removed due to lag. I asked trollson about it
