Giving town to someone

so currently i just dont have to time to run a town atm

im an assistant in Australia but i also own a town on my alt character

serpin im mayor in Ancients i cant take care of ancients anymore sadly

and i want to stay an assistant in it with serpin but i want to give mayor

to some one who can take care of the town is a good builder/leader

i dont want to see the town i build almost by myself go to waist

i also have an outpost wich is heyman’s side of the town

i need some one who has sufficient funds to take care of the town

and some one who can spend full time on it so not just like an alt account
