@Alipvp , quickbuild plots are special plots for various building contests (most famous: quickbuilds) Everyone can build on them.

Quickbuild is a competition to see who can build the best of something in a time limit. Let’s say the best swimming pool in 10 minutes, you have to do that to win. So when the next competition comes, they have to reset it and put markers so that its more fair next time.
