Not sure if this is allowed or not but one thing I got to say about it is that it should be allowed. It doesn’t alter gameplay in anyway, or give you an advantage. It simply shows you the armors durability, which can be done in vanilla minecraft anyway.
Well if it’s in the rules then it’s not allowed.

The rules say nothing but shaders and optifine are allowed.
He will be given a warning to remove it. Caught again and he will be banned.
