Why so much lag in SV?

Okay so I’ve been wanting to play Sv again becuase I’m almost done with Prison and etc.
I always come on and I always have lag, block lag, tp lag. You name it. ._.
I wanted to know what is the Prob with it?
Or can it be fixed becuase I really want to play with out any lag but my own.#HelpUsBornCorp!
Who knows why anything isn’t fixed nowadays, with the way the mods are.. (No offense but the mods are not really doing much to fix anything, and it’s been 3 months…)
