Prison rank pickaxes/axes crafting

I notice that from rank D to G, the crafting of tier based pickaxes and tools all have the exactly same enchants, like a rank D pick has Efficiency I and Unbreaking II while a rank G pick has the same enchants. This does not include fortune pickaxes from rank F onwards. I believe that the enchants should differ and it is an error. Please fix this soon thx.
