Theft in my town

What happens Is That someone stole my town, blocks of / town spawn.
(To be exact 2 beacons 25 iron blocks and 15 blocks light stone and one bloq of diamond).
The first day (18-09-15) I connect and see who had I stolen only one beacon, for that reason I ask for all co-mayor and assistants if they Had removed the beacon. All answered the same as not, remove all ranges for that reason. But the next day (Yesterday), I connect and I notice more beacons That Disappeared Along With 25 iron blocks.
It Was Then That I Found Out That murilo99 HAD been banned for the abuse of Permits Moderator, Besides few days ago had put on the /t spawn some signboards reading “New shop warpmurishop” I asked him to remove them and maybe that’s the reason that the theft me.
That’s all, I hope some answer or solution =)Here some imagnes to observe as was robbery:
First day: (all normal)
Second day: (it was missing only one beacon)
Yesterday: (they stole the other things)
I Clarified That the photos of the first and second day Were taken in a world apart Because not had the images of those days in the survival of EC
Try to place a block in the space where you had ur beacons etc and do /lb t

Logs were checked and there were no diamond blocks or beacons.

Logs aren’t reliable, use /lb t is better.
But the problem with /lb t for members is that it cannot check who took out and put in things into a tile entity such as chest, brewing stands etc

The image I provided are logs for all block breaks on that single block.
