Incidental Initial Costs -UnBan Appeal

Dear eternalcracked community,
I was found guilty (rightly so,) of x-raying a couple of months ago.
Here’s the truth: I needed an excess amount of resources to start my initial venture in creating the server’s first town in the sky (SkyLight was the original name). Of course this does not justify x-ray in any way shape or form and I have no trace of that horrid software left on my computer.
To my understanding a new mayor has been arbitrarily selected, and I appreciate the fact that the town is still functioning even in my absence. If I am ever reinstated it would be my honour to make the current mayor my town assistant (and only assistant).
Please consider this appeal, and know that I not only will not use x-ray, but I simply have no need for it at all.

Check the logs I started the town and annexed it’s territory , I might be however, confusing the name with a similar town I had in another server.
There is no reason to x-ray why don’t people just play the game fair? If you know these moderators well then you know you will be caught and baned. However if this is your first ban in consider that you be banned depending on how you used nodus. You don’t see all the town mayors using nodus because they want the town done. I’m sorry if this is harsh but I hate it when people use nodus when e of the most greatest rules is No hacked client.
But I think you will be unbanned and inventory clear and won’t be an assistant of your own town.

Oh wait no I never had used x-ray on this server it was another server like 4 months ago…nevermind.
Oh okay so what we’re you baned for?
1. Even if you are unbanned you will not be taking back over as mayor. if your new mayor is nice enough then maybe you will get assistant but that would be it
2. why u just change your story????
