Kick command is disabled

All the mods should read this:
Usually when i do /t kick (name) it kicks the player from the town but i m the mayor and i cant kick
it says Command disabled:Using Permissions
problem exists since yesterday when i tried to kick some1 from town
same problem for assistants and other mayors
plz help me

This is I think a glitch for the towny commands, whether it is a cooldown to the commands. But it will work sooner or later.
