Why did I get banned on Survival?

So I was with my friends CrasherMiner, and theroyalnickster, showing them my old town, and I just jumped and was immediatly banned for 30 Minutes, and I don’t know why or how, it said Proxy lost or whatever and now I have to wait for 30 minutes to get unbanned. Please take this in consideration, I don’t know what happend.
Force update your client, seems that you have flymod or some mod that is triggering the autoban. The server doesnt ban unless its absolutely sure you are using a mod. Check if you have either flymod, or wallclimbing or whatever. If you are in doubt just force update and use it plain vanilla
I only have optifine, what might have seemed to happen was the server lagged out and when people jump when they lag it seem like they are in the sky.
Its alright Rogue. Sometimes people I see also look like they are hacking but they are not. Usually in hg. I can understand 😉
Somehow, so many people got ip banned today .-.
