I have heard of this plugin and I was using it in other server and if you place a minecart on black, white or gray wool, you can ride on it like a car!
Lets just wait for horses 😀
I dont think this is the way EC is going its more of a sever which sticks to the main layout of minecraft. its more of a no item changeing plugins (excluding Ender pearl’s) that change the general game play kinda sever.
