Banned, first time on server.

I recently joined this server, and i registered normally then i joined arenas and a minute later i was kicked and it said i was banned for hacking, for 30 minutes and it has been 3 hours and i do not hack. i do not know how to hack. i tried making a new account but it did no good and my ip address continues to be banned. i have no idea what i got banned for but I am sorry. can someone please help? thank you
dont worry..its just the system…i got ban once for 3hours and like you too hacking and stuff but i didnt hack
