Xp Bank Bug?

Hey Guys I Think Theres A Bug In The Xp Bank Cause When i right click on the sign it says i have 13 levels but after i went to mob arena and came back to the Xp Bank i says i have 10 levels left. So Can You guys fix this problem?
Yes its true i had 3 lvl (low i have something to test) and i deposit when i come back i had 1 lvl and a half.
