Try using an image hosting website to upload this “error”. Use print screen (CTRL+ALT+DEL+PRNTSCREN) to save an image of your computer screen and then paste it into an uploading site which we have access to.

Yah your friend probly has a virus. Go to that location and delete the file or use a virus scanner to do so. Hope this helps
