wrong password?

Okay, I’m staying at this hotel, right? and my login password isn’t working. ithink it has something to do with the fact that I’m working from a different ip, but shouldn’t it have given me the option to register if the password wasn’t working? I think this is the case because I’ve already worked frequently from two different ips (my mom’s and my dad’s housse) so if you have a way to fix this, can you help? thanks:)
