Coal Bug?

Everyone might know this but this is basically a private message to Born but I also wanted the public to know that when you mine coal it doesn’t give you Exp? I wondered if Born U can fix it :D, Thanks
Coal gives about 0-4 xp orbs. If they don’t give you xp then it’s quite common. It isn’t a bug or a glitch.
EDIT: Sorry I was wrong, I just checked the wiki it is actually 0-2 Experience orbs

Lucas coal doesnt always give exp only sometimes.
When ever i play in single player EVERY coal i mine gives me some xp orbs, i dont know how many but it always drops some, on this server, i never got any, i only get from mining redstone

We have modified xp values on the server so they may not match the settings as in single player. We did this because we think it was way too easy to obtain xp, we decided to make it harder.
I think the xp on coals doesnt really change anything. Go for one round of mob arena and BAM
