My TC will not work, along with any other useful towny commands

When i log in, and i try to go to my town spawn it will not work. i wait for some restarts, and it still won’t work. my in game is storm. help.
also this is where it think it goes because it has stuff to do with townyRelog. Relaunch miencraft.
Are you in /wild ?
Do /bal or /res (yourname) and see how your name is spelled with caps and all and relog using exactly that spelling
are u in /wild?
I think born told you specifically, and check if you even have a town .-.
