Too Much Snail Trials

If you open the dynamic map, you see tiny trials of snail trail here, one plot there, and all around the world. There gotta be some mods removing these plots or gotta be fines to teach mayors or assistants a lesson to stop doing snail trials. I can identify huge long ones and they are still not reported at all.
hmm there are no active residents in the town, the snail trail was actually supposed to be a tunnel to chur town. Oh well, reported.
