At /spawn all towny Cmds have being disabled for some reason but when u leave the dome u can use towny Cmds again.
Yeah, that is not a bug, we moved the spawn to the /wild world. Just leave the dome to use towny commands.
This bug has already been reported. The spawn is in another world which towny is not logged. You cannot do /tc or other commands like that and can do a few commands such as /t.
