Talking while being muted.

I have noticed this bug in EC, which I tested when Gamer_Ryan was muted. I /msged Ryan to do /r to speak, and when he did /r and sent me a message, I was able to see the message. This needs to be fixed sooner or later as more and more people might start abusing this.
I think the mute is only for the general chat, right? I think it would block the muted players to do any command if /msg wouldn’t work with them.
Since I cannot edit this post. Muted players cannot do /msg or /w, but they can do /r which they can further exploit and ask their friend to help the muted player talk to others and eventually bypass the mute.
Its already been tested by the mod team. If it hasn’t been fixed by now I doubt it will be anytime soon. And its not that big of deal, mute is for the player when he/she gets to annoying the general public chat, not in /msg. And if the player was already chatting with this person and the muted player can do /r, then usually the 2 players are close friends and should not get annoyed by it.
Its because some mods use the wrong command. We have one to only mute in general chat and one that mutes them in General and /msg.
