Towny bug?

I remarked something..When someone is kicked from town or leaves it,he loses all plots[in the town] BUT after some time,the plot is already claimed by him..I consider that as a towny bug or update??This happened to 3 people ik till now.

It’s not a glitch, it has been going on most of the time. When a person is kicked, his plots will be msrked as “[For Sale]”.

@Maxminos No,its not for sale,it says its owned by the person who was kicked..Its NOT embassy plot neither..Ik what u are saying but its not that im telling
