Prison Plots Modification

So I recently got rank F, and I got my plot too. I go there to start building my incredibly uber tower, but I stumble upon a problem: the bedrock that’s provided as the definite flooring of the plots is too damn ugly.
I suggest lowering the bedrock 1 block under the boundaries, and making the visible stuff grass. I know this is possible in PlotMe, and it’s located somewhere in the plugin’s configs.
Please do this? We players want a better flooring for our plots, and bedrock looks too much like an old man’s wrinkly butt to satisfy our decorative needs.

I think you can set the layer on top of the plot, not the second layer below the plot
