2 days ago i was on skyblock and i was planning to place 10 lapis lazuli blocks and 13 iron blocks to raise my island’s level but while i was holding them my game crashed (unexpected error) and i lost these items.Is it possible to give them back to me?

A proof will be extremely hard to get because:
1) Do anyone take screens of what he is holding …?DUH
2) He didn’t know that server will crash..
