Am I correct about ore party time?

My timezone is Eastern Standard Time, which is 5 hours behind the forums time. If I’m correct, are the ore parties 10 PM for tonight and 10 AM tomorrow? Please tell me, I dont wanna miss yet another ore party due to poor wording of the announcements..
