Harisz Banned Appeal

my friend said he was mining under his plot at a town.he said while he was mining he found many emerald.he told to mine with him under his plot.so,while i was mining under his plot.i found 1 emerald.my friend find it too.after we got the emrald.we suddenly died.we press the respawn button and we got temporary banned.i know its temporary but why banned us when we got emerald.somebody unbanned us cause we love the server soo much.i never know that mining emerald got a temporary banned.please help us get unbanned !
