when i logged in i was spawned in a blank area and fell out of the world,then i respawned and i wasent inv. no more

It is internet lag/computer lag. Either your computer is very slow at loading chunks (I hope not), but most commonly your internet might be slower than the server, vice versa. This gets solved pretty fast or you get kicked out of the server.
Check your internet signal! It’s must be your internet signal!
You are lagging , check your internet connection if there is a problem or try to close applications which are downloading/using the internet
