[Admin Needed] New to Server, Cannot Join Survival Server

Hi, I was recommended to this server by a friend, and i figured to try it today. I registered and was greeted by Rogue_Art and i joined his town. I had to eat so i went afk, and when i came back, i was logged out. I log in, and when i click to join the survival server, it says: Banned by (Unknown) Reason: Whilst Import : The Ban Hammer has Spoken. I Then restarted minecraft, and i was able to get in. I tryed again, but its not letting me into the server! I would love to continue playing on the survival server, thanks.
