I personally don’t like this it was the one last way to afk that i can think of. my iron farm has become useless and it was my way of making money.
im sure there are other farms effected by this.
i understand the reason it was implemented because of people afking and the server getting filled up and others unable to get in.
there has to be another way to combat this than taking away the ability to afk pool. i understand that survival is the lagiest of the servers but how about increasing the player limit instead of 55 how about make it 70. its not verry fare that the most used server has the lowest player slots
also redstone clocks cause alote of lag why not just find a way to fix that im sure that will lower the server lag greatly
afk pool is like an afk bypass, unfortunately too many players are doing this, and in this time during the summer, the server gets really full, and it has been like that for a week, so we have to make changes, I am sure you can find an alternative to get your iron, but also not be afk at the same time
I’m not very happy either with the Anti AFK pooling thing but at the same time Prime you have to take into consideration about how difficult it is to increase server limits. Its not just I go into the file and type some numbers to change the limit. It really goes into detail with the technology of it and cost and hardware and stuff since this isn’t one of them Vanilla Minecraft Servers.
what u mean with iron farm?
how does afk pooling affect iron farms?
If I’m not wrong I think they mean Iron Farm as in Iron Golem farms. Basically a player has to be in the right spot for the villagers to actually get Golems to spawn so then they can go into a machine to be killed. Then all thats left is iron. AFK pools basically will let you wait there so you can stock up on Golems without the server kicking you for AFKing for more than 10 minutes. Without AFK pools, Iron Golem farms are harder to use and with AFK pools, players that are currently doing nothing are basically taking up server space so other active players cannot join and also if its a mob grinder or iron farm it lags up the server due to the high number of mobs.

You spelled fair wrong.
To close this, you shouldn’t be going onto EC to go afk and get money. This is the best (in my opinion) server out there. You should be here to play and have fun, that’s why we don’t want players going into afk machines
If your not going to play EternalCracked, and just sit there having iron golems give you iron, whats the point? Get active, go fist punch diamond guys at PvP Hill, something! I bet that’s not what born had in mind when he made EC.
My town has an iron farm and i just sit right by it and chattin
I think Born went easy on the afk pools, just kicking is a slap on the wrist if you ask me.
Now what would be really funny if instead of kicking the players it ported them to 3 blocks past the line on pvp hill 😛
LOL, I like the idea, but thats too evil. When I was an active player I managed my town and one of the benefits of having active residents was that our farms were always ‘working’ even when I wasnt near them, probably someone else was crossing the street and kept the chunk loaded.
but with my town i have the iron farm on the borders of the town it wouldnt be fair to the other towns foke the hole town would have to give up using villagers just bec of one persone wanting to have an iron farm sence iron farms need to be 70-100 blocks away from eachother so now that i cant afk there anymore it dosnt work the way it should anymore
i wish you could find another way to lower lag and increase the server cap
Set alarm, afk 9mins, come back, press w or something. repeat XD
lol thats one way but tring to watch a movie man thats an even bigger hastle
