Hello, we are family of three play on survival and one of us get ban don’t know for what and now anyone of us can’t play survival.
Can you take this ban off please.
im sure that this ban was given for nothing important.

Where you are banned (the hub, survival, etc.): survival
Who banned you: not sure for full nickname, but something like ‘Wili’
Why you should be unbanned: because that was a joke, and we are family of three playing survival and now nobody of us can’t play. That will not happen any more again. Sorry.
