So I got banned for “Bypassing Bounty using Alt Accounts. Relog – 24 hrs.” How the hell did I bypassed when I put the bounty on MY SELF and got a alt to kill me BECAUSE I wanted to make MY bounty higher. And when I GAVE the 6000000$ to my ALT… And SET the bounty on ME, I got BANNED.

Zero, banned you for abusing Bounty.
ClockSpeed, said that it was spamming chat and abusing to my to have an alt get on the other acc and kill he / she for the money.
You never to seem to read the rules sometimes, so let me tell you them.
8. Do not try to escape a Bounty by using an alternative account or bribing someone you know to kill you.
Consequences if you disobey:
1 Day Ban.
3 Days Ban.
Permanent Ban.

The bounty you are talking about and the bounty you have been banned for are different. Do not lie to get away with your ban.
