If he didn’t hack, he didn’t hack.
I would question how he was banned since he protest that he didn’t hack.
If he gets unbanned, he can get a perm mute for insulting a moderator on the forums, but if he didn’t hack, then he didn’t hack and deserves a unban.

@Wither I’m not taking sides, but couldn’t it be that mods observed him before banning him, and that he really is he a hacker and lieing about it? Just pointing stuff out, not taking sides.
