Banned because I'm an awsome miner?

I was banned for “xraying”(i’m guessing) last night.  I’m here to tell whoever banned me that I was not x-raying or doing anything against the server rules.  I completely understand why one would assume I was using some kind of mod as I was getting extremely lucky with emeralds last night, but you really should have observed me longer.  All three emerald deposits were very close to each other in the small area I was mining at the time and I knew it was going to look bad but I thought you guys could tell a cheater apart from someone legitimately mining.

I’ve never had a warning, been muted, kicked or jailed.  I have no third-party software and would never download any, I like Minecraft the way it is.  I believe in bettering yourself through skill and knowledge, not cheats.  I’m a fair player and I love the EC server.  Please consider revoking my banned status as I really want to play after work today.  Thank you very much for your time.

YOu will unbanned soon by chibi for 24hrs plus u will get a Invortory wipe and  satff shouldnt have ti give u a warning about x-raying If you think about it that is sooo cheating So as soon as chibi or head satff see this you should be unbanned okay but next time u x-ray its a perm ban  and a chests clear

I don’t think a warning should be given.  I think ample proof should be collected before banning.  I did not x-ray.  I’m a mature player and I watch players get banned almost everyday for x-raying, I’m not stupid.  I merely got lucky while mining and am being punished for it.   To have my inventory wiped is adding insult to injury, i have two very good pickaxes I was using in my inventory.  This is completely unfair and my case needs to be looked into by a headmod.  Someone needs to be demoted.

I Think He Should Be Relieved And Just Be Back In His Original Position. The Server Wont Even Let Me Join Because I’ve Been “Banned.” When I’m Completely New. As Soon As I Joined, i was Banned for asking why i couldn’t get out. This “Server” needs better staff. ASAP. And Good Ones. Not Any Shitty “Admins”.

I have checked MerryJane multiple times for x-ray, and all came up clean. I will talk with the moderator that banned you, and ask how it was shown. You should be automatically unbanned soon.

Lawrence, please stop commenting on posts like that, it really spams up the forums and provokes arguments. Lots of people have been complaining.

As for MerryJane, I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Yeah, I knew it was a temp ban but I mostly wanted to clear my name.  Whoever banned me was really not doing their job.  But whatever, it’s not a big deal.

Oh Yeah sorry about that. But, dude, Law your opinion wont matter. You can’t talk to a Moderator like that. It’s very disrespectful and you have no chance of becoming a Moderator if you going to talk like that and if your going to not get along with the other Moderators.
