Yes I gathered up all my resources and went to the black market to see the deals. When I got their I saw that most of the signs where completly blank. Very few signs acually had words on them for sales. I dont think a screenshot is needed cause you can go right now and the blank signs will still be their.
I don’t know about this but this will be dealt with by a mod.

Yes thanks for reporting. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. The shop owners would have to redo the signs again.
