Possibly yes, and possibly not …
1- He maybe bought the shop put the chests put some signs then thought about it twice realizing it’s a fail, which is rare.
2- As your proof explains he’s not buying anything so maybe he’s using the bm as a storage.. Hoping a Mod takes a look at this
Its not a storage. Its the first possibility that own7ge mentioned 😛
