There are many tutorials on youtube that show you how to create one some of them have pre-made servers you can download & portforward. Plugins are the hard part of the server. Eternalcracked is hosted by a hosting service which require payment (makes server 24/7, and worry free of constant maintenance). If you are going to Home host your server, chances are it wont be able to support much players and wont be on overnight unless you have a damn good computer. Hoped this helped.
