Can we have a PVP Spectator area?

Like I know with pvphill you can spectate behind the line but a lot of people just run in, hit and run back to the line and its not real PVP-ing in my opinion. Warp PVP is where you see real PVP-ing and I was wondering if its possible to make a spectator area in warp PVP?
