Cant join the server

I cant join the server it said disconnected by the server and classcastexception:null but i can join using another acc [This happen to me 5 days ago and maybe more] i used the another acc and asked a mod did i get banned? and they say no. [please help me fix this or something cause i love this server]
try reinstalling java and minecraft.If it dosent work,try disconnecting ur modem and recomnect
