Donated for 2 kits, only got 1

Hello, yesturday I bought 2 kits, a pro4 kit and a protools both in the same cart, I then crashed after paying and login again with only my pro4 kit. I would really appreciate the protools kit, here is some screenshots that may resolve the problem!
