Something was created a few months ago and hasn’t been used recently in reports. You probably know what’s coming next, in reports, please use this because it helps us mods a lot, specifically on who you’re reporting and ect.

Your In-Game Name: (Your in game name)
Who breaks the rule: (The offender in game name)
Date of offense: (Date of when the offense happened)
Reason of reporting: (What did he/she do)
Game/Server: (Where did the offense happen)
More Details about his/her offense: (More explanation. If there’s none, just skip this)
Evidence: (Proofs like screenshots or videos)

Yet again it is very helpful and thank you for your time.

Nope, I’m not following some unnecessarily long report template to basically say “[name] is using kill aura” or “[name] was advertising on Prison” for example.
P.S. I never forgot it.
P.P.S. If/when reporting, I see no reason why this is needed, so long as there is enough detail given to a report.

It’s really pointless if you’ll be writing one word per section of it. It should be required if you’re writing w long report, though
