……born can u tell me how u can get a paypal debit card, there are certain requirments…… i need mroe info…… they don’t sell these at store……….
You need to be 18, you must have a credit card as backup, if you run out of money in your debit card as backup. If your younger than 18, you need a parent to do it. Do not fake your age, that is a serious offense in the U.S. You can apply for a paypal debit card on the website, you need a paypal though.

As far as I know you can go to walmart and buy a VISA, Mastercard or AMEX prepaid debit card, thats the easiest.
