HG glitching

How long will it take to stop hg glitching? Players start to use this to get free stuff and when they get killed they just go back to spawn. Sometimes when there is no mod around they start to get out of control. Just now, a group of glitchers just appeared while we are playing hunger games legit.
It is really irritating. Could someone please take some time to stop this?I will come on and sort this out
