I install minecraft, run the ECclient.exe, and I can’t connect, I get an “internal exception: java.net.SocketExecption: connection lost” error. Any help would be appreciated.
hmm, how good is your internet connection? I got that before too, but my internet crashed, and i got that message, check your internet
Is that when you try and connect to the server or login through your account from the launcher?
seems that I can only have one registered Minecraft account on the server for some reason, and I botched up my first register, but I’ve got it fixed now… sort of.
It was when I tried to connect to the server. sorry about that, didn’t notice you posted.
go to .minecraft\bin\ and open minecraft.jar with 7zip or winrar and delete the
META-INF folder. if that doesn’t work, go to .minecraft\ and then just delete lastlogin.
try both of these, it should work now ^^
