I cant login it says : Same nick alredy playing or Internal Server Error

i was playing on the server .. and i didnt do disconnect i just did f4 and then when i tryed to login again it sayed Internal server error , then i tryed again and it said : Same nick alredy playing.Can anyone help me with this???

You have to wait for a server restart , thats happened to me like a week ago .
