So when I went offline yesterday (6/26/15) I logged out in Spawn not near pvp and today (6/27/15) I died and I don’t know how was it combat log because I never saw it say i combat logged, anyway here are the items i lost I am serious I had loads of items on me :3
Furious pickaxe with 3 ammo on it
God sword
Rank L armor
10 rank G darts
17 rank A hooks
1 rank K cure
2 stacks of emeralds
And that it is

Check your logs bears.
Bears, did you go afk? If you are at spawn or in a rank warp afk, a player may have the chance to use an explosive pickaxe within safezone and push you to a possible pvp zone with its knockback.(May be an expliotable bug) This is just a possibility and should this be not the case, then I am not sure on how you got killed.
Maybe You left 1-2 seconds earlier before combat log was finished
u shouldn’t be standing near the pvp area
Maybe check your logs to see if you in-fact did combat log, but as the others said you may have been standing too close to pvp area, someone used a furious pick and you got afk-kicked. But check just to be safe, then reply here.
I really don’t know what happend but i was near pvp area on near the ladders.
