Moderator Application rules and template

Please make sure the Mod application rules are clear and the template is to, because I didn’t see it, and now I have a disadvantage. Please make a link or make it bold so future mod apps are don correctly, thanks.
They are always at the top when at the mod app section and highlighted..
Your wrong max. It’s not moved to the top or like have that “sticky thingy” that makes it yellow when u go to that section.
Patrick just wants that marked on the moderator section
