Hello, as some of you may know my name is sticknotes and today I have some important news regarding the server. As some of you may have heard Mojang changed the EULA meaning that people can not make money off of servers. This is a issue because it means servers like this can’t run but you can do something. Click on this link http://www.change.org/petitions/mojang-change-the-eula and sign the petition you can even fake your information if you don’t feel comfortable giving out real information. Please just do something to prevent this. Copy and paste this to other server forms to spread awareness if you’d like.
well this is bad if this passes. We have to prevent this from happening. bieng a server owner too! this can really affect a lot of servers! thanks for the new stick 😀
Sometimes these votes online do NOTHING at all. I still voted and i really hope minecraft servers don’t get shutdown.
Well we’re a cracked server so its not like they can just shut us down :3
We will find a way around this.
If its is passed
We’ll shut down mojang instead 😉- This reply was modified 10 years, 5 months ago by Wither.
Mojang Has tried to shutdown the cracked community before. Failed
Shutting down there servers making money will make them loose a large amount of players
Although this server Appreciates Donations!
i dont think its just donations that pay for it. I’m sure born has to add extra at the end of every billing period. This is EternalCracked… ETERNAL.
They shall not shut us down, we shall remain alive and kicking, whether they try and shut us down or not!
Anyway, 1500 signatures doesn’t seem like much (Necessary amount on the Petition) and to be honest, most the petitions I’ve seen in the past, no matter how many signatures they get, it doesn’t change anything…
*cough cough* Google+ with YouTube commenting- This reply was modified 10 years, 5 months ago by megaseth.
Also, keep in mind we are not a “profit” server so we do not earn any money. All our money comes through donation and none of it is profit. It all goes back into the server. If they still have a problem with this, we will find a way around it. Anyway, i will sign the petition
The petition is not available, if I am not mistaken. Mojang didn’t actually change the EULA; the whole “you can’t sell parts of our game” and stuff have always been there. [1]
To those who do not know Erik Broes, he’s Grum, a part of Mojang – also a friend of Notch.A reddit about this:

Well, I have premium, and I’m looking at donating $65 USD for 3 months of Emerald, then another $25 (approximately) on a contest
Just for your information, this is not a profit server, every money that goes in from other people who buys ranks or other things directly goes to the host, and is mot used for any other things.
@maxminoS:
The host makes profit, and that does not make sense.EDIT: Server hosts are allowed to make money.

Servers get closed=Minecraft get closed…
Because I believe that 90% of Minecraft players plays on Multiplayer..So what I meant was Borm doesn’t actually use it for online shopping or others, the money the server make is only used for the server’s eternity and additions.
Can’t Edit ;(
P.S. Still, maybe they only want Realms to go on.
