I owned a town but at no time was i made aware i had to pay taxes and my town was expanding rapidly and many people are not happy. I would like to know if there was any possible way to get my town back and add town destruction warnings. I spent a lot of money on my town and would like to get my town back.

I am sorry dude, I know this sucks I was a mayor myself and sadly sometimes we have to learn the hard way. The system charges the towns $2500 every day and this charge is called upkeep. My advise is to check for a towny tutorial before starting a town. I learned a lot by watching this 12 min tutorial:[video]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pXl1Bw3E3yI[/video]

Towny does warn the mayor at every log in, here is a screenshot.

I am sorry but I cant reimburse you for this. If you want to recover your town I recommend to get money and reclaim it fast before someone griefs it

My whole town disappeared all the buildings and all the chest. There is no way I can get my money back?

How did my town disappear it should still be there but just unclaimed but it is totally gone
