Now a days I’m not sleeping my whole 10 – 8 Hours a day for school and EC. People have been asking me to stop staying up all night and etc.. Yet I myself disagree with everyone who says that to me. I don’t see it as a Prob for me anyways I get sleep only sometimes. And you may not see me online or the forums becuase I’m
1: On my Xbox
2: On youtube
3: Looking at some TV
Or just on EC / forums.About 3 Months now people have told me to stop and stop and stop.. And really I don’t want to stop. I like staying up all night keeps me busy with things.

don’t want you to leave me alone :'(So you want to be busy, even though you could die from a heart attack? Not to mention that you could have hallucinations, get diabetes, loose concentration, and have mood swings.
Tavon, I presented some scary side-effects to you about what can happen if you keep doing this. If you don’t want to heed warnings, I can’t really do much else.

Tavon it’s for your own good,if you don’t sleep all the thing above will happen or even worse. You might actually die from a lack of sleep. Do you consume any energy drinks(Red bull, Monster etc,) if so than the caffeine will cause you even more problems and not only your health, but your schoolwork too.

Dude I’ll give you some medical advice and I hope you understand.Sleeping is the only way that our brain neurons can rest. Neurons serve as the messengers of brain waves to the body and back to our brain. Without giving yourself time to sleep, the neurons cannot rest as well. This may cause weakness, extreme hallucinations, and even death. Being too much exposed to computers, gadgets etc. also means exposing yourself to too much photons and your brain cannot handle too much of em’. This causes lack of sleep because photons tell the brain that it’s not time to sleep yet. So I suggest that you get some sleep. So your brain and body can rest

On the weekends I stay up untill 4-6 in the moring, and go to sleep and wake up in like 7 hours later or so the weekdays is a whole new story to tell.
I don’t stay up all night on the weekdays maybe till like 1 or 2 in the moring or so.Why not just ask Albert Einstein if sleep is useful?
I bet you will sleep one day tav 😀 the sleep where you won’t wake up anymore >:) unless…a true loves kiss arrives :O
