Please Can someone fix the wrong IP ban?!

Some guy called Soul something was advertising and one of the mods banned all nicks with the name “Soul” in which my brother (me and him use same WIFI connection) whose nick is SoulBlade was IP banned.
The Mod promised that it was a mistake and will be fixed by next day, and its already been more than a week, still its not fixed — can someone please check and fix the problem?
We have done nothing wrong and are model players.
Maybe he totally forgotted?
Can you ask him to try again. There is somekind of problem with unban
