Proxy Something, can't Enter!

Whenever I try to go in the server, it keeps saying Proxy Time out or something, I am well past the ban time of 30 minutes, and I can’t enter survival! I was trying this on vanilla minecraft, not even optifine on…
It might be a Java Exception, I’ve had that problem before. What does it say exactly?
